About Our Club
Welcome To King Harbor Yacht Club
Our Club is located in beautiful King Harbor, Redondo Beach, California. Members enjoy a spectacular view from the clubhouse, looking right out at the Pacific Ocean on one side and down the channels of the harbor on the other. We love King Harbor because it is big enough to have 1,458 slips, but ocean access is only five minutes from any place in the harbor.
King Harbor Yacht Club members participate in a diversity of on-water and social activities. We have sailboat racers and cruisers, powerboat cruisers, anglers, divers, kayakers, stand-up paddle boarders, and members who just like to talk about boats. If your interest is related to boating, you will find members at King Harbor Yacht Club with similar interests.
We are currently offering takeout - see the Galley Menu on the Currents tab for days & times.
Docks and hoists are available for on-the-water activities 7 days a week.
King Harbor Yacht Club is actively recruiting new members. If you are interested in joining, we will be happy to arrange a tour or answer any of your questions. Please contact the Club Manager at (310) 376-2459 or visit the Membership Page.

- Virtual RUM Tasting by Bartender Rich
Wednesday, January 20, 2020
6:30 PM Pacific Time
Hosted by the Social Committee
Discover your inner pirate!
Obtain 3-4 miniature bottles of rum to taste and talk about (we recommend a store and cash as opposed to a distillery and cutlass). By the end of the tasting, we plan to quote Captain Jack Sparrow: "Why is the rum always gone?" (Because we can finish off those little airplane bottles pretty easily!)
See the weekly E-blast or Member Calendar for Zoom information.
Virtual Radio FleetWe are running an informal (zoom like meeting), on the air, amateur radio net for the K6HYC radio fleet, every Monday starting at 1:30 pm, on the W6HA 70cM FM repeater. All amateur radio operators are welcome. For more info or id you want to join our K6HYC email list, send an email to email@example.com.
- Emeritus Fleet Meeting
Please contact Jack Kovats for Zoom details. Same Bat-Time as usual!
