Dear King Harbor Yacht Club Members,
As a result of LA County’s transition the Yellow Tier, your Board has approved the following expanded hours and accessibility to the club.

LA County Protocols Require:
When the building is not open, please use the Sign-In Sheet under the deck overhang when you are on the Patio. (Members may use their club key to access the lower deck restrooms through the west door).
When using the Patio for BYO coffee/lunch, you may be seated with up to a maximum of eight (8) people per table.
Food & Beverage (F & B) Service Areas are closed two hours before scheduled services begin to allow time for cleaning and staff set-up.

Calling ahead is highly recommended and check-in at the front door is still required. (Takeout will be available during galley hours.)

Galley Hours, Locations & Menus

The KHYC Board approved a KHYC Reopening Protocol, which is based on LA County Health Officer Order Appendices. It is posted at the main entry.

Indoor Dining:
Restaurants may reopen indoor dining at 50% occupancy with six feet distancing between occupied chairbacks.
Maximum 6 members from the same household only can be seated together at the same table in the indoor dining area.
Bar counters used for the purposes of preparing or serving alcoholic beverages are closed to food and beverage service.
Vigorous ventilation is an integral part of a safe indoor environment: interior and exterior doors, including those in the Cole and Hood Rooms and on the Upper Deck, will remain open during dining hours. Please remember to plan your clothing accordingly.

Outdoor Dining:
Members from up to three different households, maximum of eight people total, may be seated together at the same table outdoors.
Bar counters used for the purposes of preparing or serving alcoholic beverages are closed to food and beverage service.

REMINDERS

  • Masks are required while on KHYC property
  • Entry for F&B service is strictly through the front doors only
  • Sign in procedures remain in place

The Clubhouse remains closed except for seated service during posted hours. For the safety and health of all members and employees, the club continues to require social distancing. Mouth and nose coverings (masks) are required to be correctly worn at all times when on club property.

  •  Vehicles Left in Lot May Be Towed at Owner Expense
  •  Launch Boats by Sunday If Needed
